Please consider the following rules when naming your file(s):

• 1. The filename cannot contain any spaces
• 2. The total length of the filename and file extension combined should not exceed 48 characters
• 3. The filename format should be 'filename'.'fileextension' e.g. image.jpg or document.pdf
• 4. Use only the following legal characters; 1-9, a-z, A-Z, '_', '-'

Please note: there is no file size limit but, Rockhampton Printing Service recommend sending a total file size of less than 100mb through the web uploader.
If you have larger files to Submit, please contact Rockhampton Printing Service to obtain an FTP account and password.
